I keep my gym bag packed with the essentials, which makes it easier to grab my stuff and head out the door. 1) It saves time, 2) it reminds me to workout, and 3) it prevents me from forgetting things when I'm in a hurry (amazing how forgetting gloves or shoes can impact a workout).
